Okay this is a weird theme for me to talk, i think everyone wrote about the same thing and i don't know how to make it different. Well, i am studying dentistry (as everyone else for sure) but i am in my second semester. I have 4 subjects: 1. "Development of skills and self-care for professional practice 2" (Destrezas in spanish): This is like introduction to dentistry, it's the closest subject to our career. We have theoretical and practical classes, and my favorite are practical, i really have fun on them because you practice with the elements that we are supposed to use in the future. We also had this subject in the first semester but it was easier and it wasn't really related to dentistry as second semester, it was really for practicing our abilities of precision and getting a little more close to the elements we are going to use. 2. Hello everyone, today i am going to tell you a little bit of my plans for summer holidays this year. Well, my plans have changed just a little from like a one week ago, because as a family we didn’t intend to go somewhere and we were going to stay in Santiago but now with this cyber monday thing we have a plan! Hi, today i have to recommend you something, and that is really difficult to me because i don't have any type of hobby, i have been thinking about it and i thought in a movie called ex machina. I watched this movie around July of this year in winter break. This movie is a science fiction movie, it is really futuristic, the movie is starring by Alicia Vikander, who is winner of an Oscar. It is about a young programmer, Caleb, who is chosen in a contest of his company (the one he works, he is not the owner) to participate in an experiment with the mysterious executive director of the company which he works, named Nathan, this project is a top secret project and this guy has to evaluate the behavior and intelligence of a woman robot named Ava in about a week. Ava perfectly recreates a woman's human behavior, but her intelligence will take things further. Hello! i am going to talk about postgraduate studies. I am only at first year, but i have some specialities that i am interested in, they are pediatric dentistry and periodontics. That can obviously change in the future and with future i am talking about tomorrow or one hour, for example, when i started the career i was sure i wanted to be a maxillofacial surgeon because it is a really fun speciality and i compared it with medicine, but i thought about it and i don't want it anymore. I like pediatric dentistry because, as i said it in my last post, i love children. It is a huge challenge because they are not patient, they are afraid of pain, they don't feel comfortable with a person putting their hands in their small mouth. But, i don't care about it, i would do my best for them. Today i am going to talk about my future job, i hope my future job is as a dentist, that's my dream. When i was in school i really wanted to become a medicine student, but because of my marks that didn't work out, that's why i decided to choose odontology as my career and i don't regret about it because i love it, besides I’m at the university i always wanted which is Universidad de Chile, so i wouldn't go anywhere else, unless i get the opportunity to travel, but i am good here. Hi, today i am going to talk to you about my favorite animal. It is easy to me to choose: Bears. I love any kind of them, but the one that i like the most is panda bear. They are known for their cuteness and they are loved all over the world. They have a white fur with some black areas like around their eyes, in the ears, muzzle, shoulders and extremities. This animal is considered a bear but they are not carnivorous, they are vegetarians and eat bamboo, and this is a reason of why they are in danger. Its forest habitat in the mountainous regions of southwest China has been fragmented, forcing isolation and reduction of panda bear populations. But its status has just dropped from "Endangered" to "Vulnerable" due to population increase in the decade before 2014, when it was revealed that there were 1,864 pandas released in China.
